What wax do you use?

Our candle & wax melt wax is a blend of rapeseed & coconut oils. Its completely free of all harmful toxins and dyes leaving you with a beautiful clean burn.

CANDLE CARE

• Trim the wick 1/4" before each lighting
• Leave the candle lit at least 3/4 hours for the first time to avoid 'tunnelling'.
• Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. 
• Keep the candle on a flat, fire resistant surface. 
• When not in use, use a lid to prevent dust and dirt from collecting. 
• Keep all candles & wax melts out of reach of children and pets.
• Keep away from flammable materials. 

WICK TRIMMING

Wick trimming before lighting is to ensure mushrooming (curling of the wick) is prevented. Even though wick trimming isn't always required it will keep your candle tidier and more even. 

DELIVERY

All of our candles & wax melts are hand made therefore a period of 3-5 working days is required before your order is shipped. 

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48. 
However please be aware that this is only an aim time.

RETURNS

All of our candles & wax melts are non refundable unless damaged on arrival as they are all handmade. 
In an unlikely event you are unhappy with a product you’ve received we are happy to refund you the cost of the item as long as: 

• Unopened and unused. 

• Still in the original packaging and in perfect condition. 

• Arrived safely back to us with no damage.

•Received in the last 30 days.

If one or more of the above criteria is not met we will be unable to process your refund. 

Please note we are unable to cover the cost of any return shipping fees. Unless the item you’ve receive are damaged or faulty. If your items go missing during transit we are unable to offer a refund.
